This litter of puppies came from an owner surrender who 2 Chihuahua's had an opps litter. The parents where described as both being "bigger" chihuahuas (around 15-20lbs).
Foster notes: Chanel is very dainty and just wants to be held. She will sit in your lap all day. She would do well in a quiet home. She is afraid of loud noises and people she doesn't know. Chanel has no interest in toys and just wants to be with her person. She loves to chatter when you talk to her. She would love to have another dog she can be friends with. She follows her sisters lead.
