This litter of puppies came from an owner surrender who 2 Chihuahua's had an opps litter. The parents where described as both being "bigger" chihuahuas (around 15-20lbs). This is what the foster had to say about them:

Jolie- is an early riser. When you're up, she's up and ready to play. She is shy at first but once she's familiar with you she loves to play with her toys and needs space to run around. In the evening hours she wants to cuddle and loves back rubs. For her personality and energy level outdoors time twice a day is suggested.
