Cooper was an onwer surrender along with his brother and dad. They were unable to care for them. He is fully vetted, heart worm negative and micro chipped..like his younger brother he is timid. He will need a home that is patient and loving to allow him to become comfortable. He has lived in a multi dog home previously.
