Chelsea is a 2 year old long hair chihuahua/Terrier mix weighs about 12 pounds. She is a bit skinny right now so we suspect she will fill out and gain a few pounds. She is  housebroken and crate trained, good with kids cats and other dogs and is completely vetted. She is currently fostered with several dogs of all sizes but seems to be most depended on her outgoing brother Buddy.
