Theo is a sweet boy that came in part of a hoarding case. He is very quiet and standoffish until he feels comfortable with you and then he loves to have attention. The first few days he would watch and as he has become more comfortable with us he has started to come up to us and share affection.  He does like to cuddle.  He is currently fostered with other puppies all bigger than he is and he does well around them.  He will use a pee pad.  He likes to look out the windows when he rides in the car and travels well.
