Jojo was seen being thrown from a moving car. He chased the car until he collapsed in the middle of the road. A good Samaritan picked him up and turned him into animal control. This sweet boy is the whole package. He is housetrained, likes dogs, cats and kids.  He is sweet and loyal and looking for a new best friend that will never betray his trust like his past owner did.
