Sassy's family moved out and left her behind in the yard pregnant. A neighbor saw the puppies one day and stole them to sell. Sassy was left with one puppy when another neighbor called rescue for help. We rescued Sassy and her pup. This is what her foster has to say:

This is Sassy, she is a little Sassy, but that’s the name that was given to her when she was rescued because no one knew her name, you can change it if you so desire. Miss Sassy was abandoned when her family moved and didn’t take her. She had puppies and the neighbors stole them and sold them. Despite the abuse and cruelty, Sassy is a big ball of love. She loves everyone she meets, she’s a people person. She is good with other animals and children. Happy go lucky, funny, playful, fully vetted, loves walks, loves car rides, fully house trained, good listener, and loves to be wherever you are, all she wants to do is please you. She is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met.
