Ozzie was pulled from animal shelter as a stray and was very shy! This little guy was scared and needed someone to go slow with him. He will need an experienced chihuahua owner. This is what his foster said about him:

This little boy is Ossie who came to us from Osceola County with notes that read he could only be handled by a catch pole and his vaccines were done essentially with a pointed stick.  3 days this boy was not a fan of anybody...now...he is the absolute sweetest boy ever... he needs a Chihuahua savy family (seniors given priority) you just have to take things at his speed...he is both house and kennel trained, fine with cats and all sizes dogs.  Best age guess is around 5.  He needs a forever home badly who will be patient and are ok with him being fearful and scared!
