Learn more about the Chihuahua.
Milo owner passed away and her husband was evicted shortly after and had to give up both milo and chester his 11 year old companion. We first tried to place the pair in seperate homes but Milo did not do well and we learned the pair are very bonded. Milo is the younger of the pair and the chubby one of the pair. His foster has now gotten him on healthy dog food and has increased his exercise in hopes of getting him more healthy. Milo (like most seniors) has a slight heart murmur but is a happy, energenic, outgoing dog! He and his buddy chester need a home together and one who loves senior dogs. Below is what his foster has to say about him: Milo is eight years old and came into the rescue with his brother Chester. He’s about 11 pounds and we call him our chunky monkey. He is incredibly sweet and adorable. He is extremely well behaved and loves to play. He gets along very well with all other dogs and loves spending time with his human. He is crate trained and sleeps with his brother in a crate at night. He is potty trained but needs to be on a very structured schedule or he will have an accident in the house. He walks well on a leash but off leash he stays very close to his owner at all times if he is outside. He loves to lay on the couch but wants to be touching you. He would make a great low energy lap dog for someone looking for a great companion dog. He has such a close bond with his brother that ideally they should go to the same home. They are very easy dogs to take care of and do well together. He loves to be snuggled and is always up for any show of affection. He is an incredible little guy and will definitely bring much joy to your life. Milo is the younger of the bonded pair and does not have any significant health issues! He and Chester need a great home together Chester and Milo combined adoption fee is $150.00 More about MiloGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids Milo must be adopted with his companion, Chester (adopted).
