These tiny puppies where pulled from a local shelter that was overwhelmed. This tiny puppies where only 5 weeks and 3lbs when they arrived and are now thriving in there foster home! This is whAt there foster has to say about them:

Phelps is a happy energetic pup. He loves to play with the hose and explore the backyard. Phelps like other dogs and kids and he tries really hard to be a good boy because he loves praise. He is estimated to be about 40lbs when full grown.
