Roscoe owner surrender him due to him being hit by a car and being unable to afford his vet care. Fortunately, The vet clinic employees rallied to raise money and contacted us see if we might help. Of course one of the techs decided to foster and we where able to raise funds for his surgery where his leg will be amputated due to mult breaks.
