Kellogg was pulled from a local shelter after they requested a rescue due to him needing a dental and being shy! He now how had a full dental and ready for adoption. This is what Kelly foster had to say about him:

Kelly a sweet old man who just needs a nice quiet home. Kelly prefers the ladies and generally only likes female non dominant dogs. He also prefers his humans to be female as well. Kelly likes to sleep in an open crate or in your bed but isnt a fan of being crated. He will attach himself to his person quickly and will want to be with you all the time! Kelly is House broken, will pace when he has to go.He Good on a leash. He really doesn't need a lot of exercise but he get spurts and will run but then sleeps! He kind Of a lazy boy!

Kelly has a heart murmur.
