These puppies where rescued along with there mom at only 3 weeks of age. Poor momma luna was so skinny but was a good momma to her pups. The father is unknown but the mom is definatly a pit mix. This is what the foster mom had to say about Billie:

Billie is a petite girl who loves to run around carrying toys and bones.  She has the cutest jump and hop.  She is always excited to see you and gives lots of kisses and likes to cuddle when she’s tired.
