Aela is a beautiful chihuahua mix that we rescued from Osceola County Animal Service after they sent an email indicating she is extremely shy and would benifit from a rescue. We immediatley pulled her and she has been settling into her foster mom home since right after christmas. This little girl is your typical chihuahua scared at first and barks at new people but calms down and warms up after a little bit. She is completely house trained and loves her toys. She enjoys playing fetch but does not want any other dogs to play her game. She can be defensive with other dogs around so we would suggest her be in a home with no other dogs so she can get 100% of the attention! She basically ignores the foster moms cat and the cat ignores her! She Prefers her humans to be  females it seems but is warming up to the man in her foster home. This is what her foster mom had to say about her:

She a Lover but takes a bit to warm up to new people. Has Never had an accident in the house. Follows me everywhere, have to be careful when I open and close doors. She wants a lap to sit on all the time. She’s very playful so I do wonder if estimate age is accurate. Plays catch, tug o war with a human. She definitely not a fan of big dogs so should not be in a home with them. She wants to be a Queen.
