Cheney was rescued from Orange Count Animal Services with sever injury a prolasped penis (yes you read that right). His notes indicated he was found in a field with an e-collar on and a badly infected penis injury. How did he end up like this?  We took this sweet loving guy on and immediatley took him to our vet for surgical interventions. We are happy to say he is making a full recovery. Cheney is a sweet loving medium sized dog. This boy is rather thin and is being fed 4-5 times daily smaller meals to help him gain weight. He has a loving goofy personality. He gets along with all the small and large breed dogs in his foster home. He also gets along just fine with the cats as well. He seems 100% housebroken and loves to be "held like a baby". He needs a great furever homes that understand he still has some healing to go...We are looking for a foster home, foster with intent to adopt home or a furever home!
