Jolene the momma dog was rescued very pregnant from a rural shelter.  She immediately when into foster care and delivered 2 tiny puppies who look exactly like her on Nov 23rd 2018!  Momma to these babies is very petite at only around 8lbs so we suspect her puppies will also be very small. The father of the puppies are unknown.
