Roo was rescued by some wonderful people and this is what his foster has to say about him:

Don’t judge me by my size—I may be small but I have a huge heart with lots of love to give! I am both house and crate trained. I love going for long walks but am chill when I’m inside. I absolutely LOVE kids. I am OK with other dogs if we’re similar in size or energy. Im kinda bossy so a submissive larger breed dog is a good match but incould get into trouble if they where mean back. If you let me, I will snuggle up to you on couches and beds, but stay off the furniture if you prefer. I’m a little nervous around men at first, but am OK once I get to know and trust them. I don’t bark a lot—I’m fairly quiet except for when I want a belly rub or when you’re getting yet another Amazon package delivered.
