Toby and several other rat terriers where rescued from a hoarding case. These guys where over breed and under socialized. Toby is the most shy of them all and takes several days in a new home before he can start to trust. He will need a special home that will give him plenty of time and love. He likes his kennel and LOVES kitties. Because of his shyness an only adult home or children in teens is ideal. He enjoys playing with toys. He is very kennel friendly and loves his kennel like a house. He is not 100% house broken so is either kenneled indoor, loose in the home supervised closely or outside on a lead. He can climb a 4-6 foot fence so needs to be supervised in the yard or on a lead when unsupervised.
