Fitter is a beautiful momma dog who came to us with 2 week old puppies from rural georgia. She is absolutely beautiful and has a sweet loving temperment!

Her foster mom has this to say about her:

Meet Fritter a 14lbs chihuahua mix who is a momma to 5 beautiful puppies. her pups are quiet ready yet but she weaned them and now needs forever home of her own.

Fritter is Crate Trained | Lease Trained | Good with Cats | Good with Kids | Good with dogs |Wonderful at Parties

I orginally named her and her pups after diffrent kinds of potato dishs simply because her pile of pups looked like a little potato patch, but I realized Fritter loves to lounge on the couch with a human during your favorite tv show.

She does enjoy short walks, about 30-45min walks, anything longer and you are in for a break in a cool and shady spot.

Fritter is a fan of chewing on bones, but doesnt much care for sharing, along with any high value food like canned food. She sometimes growls at other animals (cats) but not humans around food.

She may bark at the cats if you two are relaxing on the couch or if she is eating, but will listen to a clear and stearn "no". I've been praising her when she does listen and cease, and she has been reacting to my felines less and now they can share a couch together ( as long as they are difftent cushions )

There have been a couple accidents in the house, all of which have been on a rug, so be mindful of this but She does a good job of letting you know when she needs to go out, but will sneak in the middle of the night to releave herself if you dont wake up with her. She seems puppy pad trained.
She mostly just wants to be a couch potato!
