Dipper is a beautiful lower rider dog. He was rescued along with a ton of other dogs from rural georgia. He is a happy social puppy! He has the head and coloring of a yellow lab and then the long heavy body like a bassett hound. Not sure exactly his breeding but he is just cute and kinda lazy!

Foster update:

Dipper is a real character.  He loves his foster brother and sisters and enjoys going out to run around and play.  He loves his people and giving lots of kisses.  He is very sweet.  He likes to investigate when outside and enjoys playing with the sticks he finds.  His foster brother and one of his foster sisters are small (about 3-5 lbs) and he is very good with them.  They run around and wrestle but he is good about adjusting for the difference in stature.  If you are looking for a buddy to pal around he is your boy.  He would definitely enjoy siblings whether fur or human and he is active.
